This product was partially assembled, with the other half easy to assemble with instructions easy to understand. I was expecting a mat but did not get one and the product keeps sliding on the floor. I just put a rug under it and I was good to go. After using this product my legs felt better. At first I only used it for one hour but increased that to two hours.

This is a wonderful machine, well built and quiet. I am so glad I upgraded to the Ellipse because I think I would have out grown the Pro model quickly. 3 speeds, reverse and can be used manually. This passive exercise machine was money well spent and it IS WORKING ALREADY on my legs. Gregg F.

I have used it for about 2 weeks now. I like it. It reduces the pain in my left legs. I try to use it twice a day. It regulates the blood circulation in my legs. I am glad that I brought it.
