Extra/Replacement Remote

Love this machine and the the remote. WAS LOST AND NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL. MY REMOTE WAS NO CHARGE TO REPLACE.

I LOVE MY MACHINE. THE REMOTE MAKES IT EASIER. WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY HAPPY.

It works well and the attaching cord is long enough to reach easily.

A few bumps with order but costumer service was great to get everything on track and the unit works great.

Works perfectly as it should. The one that originally came with product was defective.

The one that came with the machine was perfect. When I ended up in a rehab center it was lost. Couldn't find it anywhere when I got home. Ordered a new one. It came and I'm using it every day. I love it. It helps me walk better and my Doctors are happy that I have it.

Dog chewed up remote. New remote works just fine.

I know this sounds like a cliché, but my dog chewed my remote and left it with only one speed and no way to shut it off. The replacement remote was delivered promptly and in pristine condition.
