So far I enjoy using the machine. I do wish the company could add more information on how to use it. Like how long - what things it should help. Also - was very upset when I saw I could have bought it through QVC for $50 cheaper!!

I really liked the machine because it is well manufactured. However, my knees are pretty worn out and while the machine was working my legs as advertised, it also aggravated the arthritis in my knees. If you have any knee problems at all, this might not be the exercise machine you need.
