Had I known it had to be plugged into an electrical outlet I would not have bought it. Too many wires to deal with and limited access as to where you can use it. Plus there’s no exercise involved since it moves the pedals for you. It doesn’t even count as steps on my Fitbit!

The product had been recommended to me by a friend who found it VERY helpful. I have used it for a few weeks now and am VERY pleased. It is a PRO tho & NOT a MAX. I am puzzled----should I have received a MAX at no extra cost. If so please notify me .It would be nice to have the upgrade for the $179.94 price.Thanks, Kathleen Busch

Great product and even a greater customer service department. I could feel improvement within a week. When my unit stopped working (a very rare occurrence) they immediately sent me a new one without having me return the Non working one. I have purchased other mechanical machines that have broken and when I tried to return them it was such a hassle. They are machines so occasionally there will be a problem but this company immediately took care of it I was so impressed

Arrived May 1st. Easy set up. Comfortable. The updated Pro has a remote control and a step counter. They say a more powerful motor. Concave track, and step counter. Wish I had seen this model first. Only $20. More. Facebook ad did not advertise that model.
