Bought this for my husband that had five back surgeries. Due to a lot of sitting his leg and back muscles became weak, after two days of using the legxercise he's walking better and has back pain relief! I wouldn't have believed something so simple would've made a difference but it did. Absolutely grateful..thank you

LegXercise Max The Jury is still out
I have been using this product for a week now and feel it is very easy to use, mostly as advertised and good quality. The reason the jury is still out is because I am not sure if I am really getting the amount of exercise that is advertised. I did buy the Max however can't understand the difference between the regular and the Max because the machine I have doesn't move much between speed 1 and speed 2 and is very slow. The pictured machine on the left shows the right foot pad extended further than mine does. I will have to look at it again to see if it is indeed a MAX. I am, for the most part, sedentary and find I have no problem using this product. As a matter of a fact, it is easy and enjoyable to use. I do 1/2 hour at a time twice a day, and while using it I swing my arms to the rhythm to simulate a regular walk outside. Do feel I am doing something for myself. If I had one wish, I would make it go faster. Only one speed unfortunately and rather slow at that. Would I recommend it? I think it is better than doing no exercise at all!!!

I purchased two of these these. One for my Mom and another for two older friends all 82 years of age. They are quarantined and cannot get out to walk and thus been sitting in a chair for over one month. All three saw reduced swelling and felt better after only using it a few minutes. My Mom’s oxygen level and energy level has improved and she is up to using it 25 minutes a day. Thank you Legxercise!
