I have only used several times but it does seam to be helping.

Not enough time used
I've only had it a few days. I've been using it about 2 hours a day. I got it with the hope that it would help the stiffness and pain in my legs and knees from severe arthritis in my spine and after having a knee replacement. So far my knees hurt more but they are not as stiff. I'll keep using before I give a good review. I honestly don't sit around that much so have to make myself sit and use it.

Works great I had knee surgery and can't put weight on my knee for 4 weeks. The device is very simple to set up and use. Iset in my chair and let it move my knee and ankle joints so they don't become stiff. It helps with the soreness in my knee.
