It helps my mom's legs more than my pops. See my pops had a stroke almost 12 years ago. He started using it first and it worked while he was using it! But like I said my mom use it now.

I love this machine. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now The benefits I have seen are less swelling in my legs and increase in my mobility. I use a power wheelchair and find that i can use this machine independently which means I can increase my exercise time even when i am alone .

I got this for my father who was experiencing leg tingling and stiffness when getting up. His legs would swell and a nerve would strike through his leg causing sharp pain. He has used this every night since we got it. He loves it. I see him get out of the chair more easily, the leg tingling is gone, the swelling has decreased, and since he does it at night, he finds he is sleeping better. He bought the compression socks from Legxercise and he likes those too. I recommend it for anyone older and can't get out in the winter months because it is too cold to walk, or if you experience any of the above symptoms. I even tried this myself and I am in my 40's. It doesn't burn calories, but it does keep the legs moving from the knees down and I felt the muscles contract in the calves. I see how it helps with circulation,
